2. Eligibility and account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for securing your access credentials.

3. Permitted use and rights to content

You may only submit URLs, text, images, and other materials that you are authorized to use. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to allow Immostory to scrape, process, and generate video assets from that content.

4. Scraping of third-party websites

Immostory retrieves data from listing URLs you provide. Third-party websites may impose their own terms; it is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with those terms.

5. AI-generated output

The script, voice-over, and subtitles may be generated automatically and may contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing the output before publishing or distributing it.

6. Prohibited use

• Infringing copyrights, database rights, or privacy rights.
• Using the service for unlawful or misleading purposes.
• Abuse of the service (e.g., bypassing rate limits, large-scale scraping).

7. Availability and limitations

We may apply limits (e.g., daily job limits, max duration, max images) and change features to keep the service reliable and secure.

9. Liability
